labels.fyi explains what supplement labels state and what published evidence says. It is general information, not a diagnosis, treatment or personal recommendation. Speak to a doctor or registered dietitian about your own health, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or take medication.
Accuracy
We record labels as printed and date every observation. Labels and prices change; always check the pack you buy. Prices are dated observations, not live offers. If you find an error, see corrections.
Sending a label
By sending photos you confirm that:
- you took them, or have the right to share them;
- they don’t show anyone’s face, prescriptions or personal details;
- we may use the facts they show (the printed label text and amounts) to create or correct a product page after review.
Your photos themselves are kept private and are not published. Nothing is published until it has been verified. See privacy.
