Reading the site

You can read every page without an account. We do not set advertising cookies and do not sell personal data.

No analytics service is currently enabled.

Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and to protect the site from abuse, including limiting how often one address can use the forms.

Sending a label

When you use Submit a supplement we receive:

• the label photos you choose to upload;
• the product details you type (brand, product name, variant, product link);
• optionally, your name and an email address or phone number, used only if we need to ask about the photos.

Photos and submissions are stored privately (Cloudflare R2 storage and our private content database). They are never public: only our reviewers can see them, after signing in. Your name and contact details are never published and never attached to a product page. Please don’t upload photos showing faces, prescriptions or personal details.

Checking a product link

When you paste a product page into the checker, we fetch that page once to read the facts it states. We do not keep the address you typed unless you choose “Submit for verification”, in which case the product facts and the page address are saved privately for review.

Deletion and questions

To ask what we hold about you, or to have a submission deleted, email hello@labels.fyi with the product name and roughly when you sent it.

Shop links open the retailer’s site; their own privacy policies apply there. Some are affiliate links (see affiliate disclosure).
